7 weeks since my last marathon time in Paris and 7 more sessions with Judith and I have a half marathon PB and also taken another 17 minutes off my marathon best(3:39)Yet again no sign of cramp and my legs felt fine the next day. Yet again Judith has prepared me and my legs not only for the event but also for recovery! She also gave me other exercises to help me visualise my race. My 4th marathon completed in just over a year and my best experience was Edinburgh, any coincidence, I don’t think so! Thank you for your continued support.
