I am passionate about my life and about achieving a complete physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance. My goal towards my clients is to help them, by balancing their bodies, calming their minds and motivating them to achieve their ideal state of life. I truly believe that everyone is capable of achieving everything he/she wants.
My interest about the interaction of the mind, body and spirit started in response to a difficult period in my life. Unknowledgeable to understand that situation, I realised that I needed to try and help myself as much as I could. My life had become blighted by fear and anxiety, which was neither a healthy nor happy life style. I took action to address this by commencing training as a Life Coach; the learning I gained and the self development, they helped me achieve a healthier and happier life style. It was a great discovery and incredibly inspiring. This decision to change my life was the best decision I has ever made. I became a Life Coach in 2005.
Another of my interests is the human body, how the muscles react to our habits, thoughts, and feelings. How our body can interfere in our quality of life. After becoming a Life Coach, my curiosity about healing others grew and I became a Reiki Practitioner, and from there another great passion was born. I became a Massage Therapist in 2007.

Specialist in joint health and mobility. Specific directed joint mobility conditioning which will help prevent injury and help repair damaged muscle tissue. Mobility training can have many benefits such as reliving back pain and correcting postural alignment.
Ollie is an ex professional rugby player who represented England at junior levels and played at the top flight in English rugby. With his background in strength and conditioning and now mobility, Ollie has a huge amount of experience across different facets of fitness.
Ollie growing up danced and breakdanced, this creative and movement based thinking has now driven Ollie towards focusing his coaching on human movement and gymnastics. Placing particular emphasis on joint health.

This stemmed from my professional rugby career representing both England rugby union and England Rugby league academy; having also served for London Wasps and London Broncos RL.

I found myself training for my first marathon back in 2000 and since that moment on crossing that finishing line I have loved the sport of running. Over the next 17 years I have completed all distances from the mile to 52 miles, Olympic and Half Ironman distance triathlons and 24hr stage races. Indie, aka Queen of Burpees, is a ball full of energy that will get you super fit and lifting some pretty hefty weights whilst actually enjoying it. By focusing on strength and conditioning, she loves combining big compound movements with heart racing conditioning exercises to get her clients strong, toned and looking fantastic.
She is qualified in pre and post-natal training to safely help mums-to-be stay fit and healthy during pregnancy, as well as new mums feel great and get back into fitness after pregnancy. Currently setting up her own online program exclusively for new mums, Indie knows all the tricks of the trade to reclaim that strength and wellbeing that can be somewhat hard to find when you have a baby!
Most important to Indie is to fill her clients with self-confidence and to send them on their way out the gym door smiling (if not a tad sweaty!). She considers herself your 24/7 trainer and will be there through the whole process - whether it be a countdown for walking down the aisle, sunbathing on a hot sandy beach, or, just to have a healthier life, mind and body on the whole.
